How a request becomes an order
- Choose your designs, preferred sizes, and any personalized text.
- Send your bag with your contact details and delivery preference.
- The store reviews availability and provides the final product details, price, delivery cost, timing, and terms.
- Agree to the quote and payment arrangement before the order is accepted.
Pickup & delivery
Pickup or delivery options, cost, and timing are confirmed with your quote before payment.
Submitting a request does not reserve inventory, take payment, or start production. Keep the reference shown after submission so the store can locate your request.
Request updates
Requests are saved for owner review. Automatic email confirmations are not currently enabled. Use your reference when contacting the store.
